Scrummy Sweets founder and CEO started making keto-friendly gummy bears in her kitchen. Her husband and family thought they were good enough to bring to market, and in just over a year, Scrummy Gummy Bears were born and released into the world. The first truly keto-friendly gummy bear is made in the USA with traditional gelatin, and sweetened with allulose and monk fruit, with no sugar alcohols, and organic natural colors and flavors. A gummy bear that doesn’t kick you out of ketosis, has zero sugar, and that kids love.
While there are more future keto gummy treats in the works, we took a short, but tasty detour. A happy accident in the kitchen resulted in the first iteration of our now legendary Classic Caramels, followed shortly by a plant-based version made with organic coconut cream.
